ABOUT ME
Vancouver BC is my home town. Actually West Vancouver. I went to high school there and lived there after I got married.
I have 5 grown children 3 men and 2 women!
Between them they have created 8 grandchildren ranging in age from 18 months to 19 years. (another due in January)

I was married to All-american ex-pro football player Wayne Foster - one of the Cardiac Kids from WSU 1965.
The hospitality industry was my workplace for over 25 years. Starting out as a Cocktail server and working my way through all the restaurant/hotel dirty jobs, I ended up as the accountant for The Pioneer House in Duncan on Vancouver Island BC.
Currently I design websites, graphics, ebooks and help out with Kiosk Stuff for Joel.
I keep in touch daily with my partner, Grand Master Richard Hackworth from Clermont Florida as we work on special projects such as our World Martial Arts Magazine.
